Who Needs an EPR Certificate?

📜 EPR Plan / Waste Management Plan – Strategy for waste collection, recycling, and disposal.
📜 Agreement with Waste Processors & Recyclers – Partnership proof with authorized recyclers.
Process for EPR Certification

2️⃣ Register on the CPCB Portal – Apply online through the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) website.
